You are invited to attend our modern, air-conditioned, ground floor premises for an initial consultation when an estimate of cost will be given.
PRICES
Our prices reflect the quality of materials, degree of workmanship, complexity, technical and functional aspects of the denture construction.
AFTERCARE SERVICE
Some people need their dentures adjusted subsequently on one or more occasions.
We are committed to giving complete customer satisfaction.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Additional services are repairs, soft linings, additions, relines, polishing and cleaning of dentures, copy dentures and metal plates.
APPOINTMENTS
Please contact us to arrange an appointment. If you need an emergency appointment, please let us know. We reserve the right to make a small charge for cancelled appointments where less than 24 hours notice is given. For an initial consultation ring main number where you may be re-directed.
PAYMENT
We ask for a deposit at commencement of work undertaken. Payment of the balance is due on completion of work.
ABOUT YOU
Please keep us advised of any changes, for example change of address or GP.
ABOUT US
In coming to us for your denture problems, you are entrusting this delicate task to a specially trained denture provider. If you wish to complain about any aspect of our service, please contact Mr Carslake. A copy of our complaints procedure is available on request. We welcome all feedback.

OPENING TIMES
Our normal opening hours are Monday to Thursday 9.30am to 1pm,
2pm to 4pm and Friday 8am to 1pm.
However, appointments can usually be arranged outside of these
times by mutual agreement.
